18th February 2006: Iluka's Great Gardens Competition.
In January 2006 the inaugural "Iluka's Great Gardens" competition was
initiated by the Iluka Home Owners Association Committee, supported by Beaumaris Land
Sales with the provision of prizes.
This was not a competition you entered as 20 finalists were nominated by HOA Committee
members during a walk through the suburb. The committee has written to each of the 20 nominated
finalists to congratulate them on gardens they can be proud of and to advise them that
they were nominated for the competition.
Beaumaris Land Sales judged the competition, a difficult job, and selected the winner and
two runners up who receive gift vouchers from Waldecks Nurseries.

- Boynton Gardens
- Venice Entrance
- Cardiff Gate
- Manhattan Avenue
- Miami Beach Promenade
- Naturalist Boulevarde
- Bethany Gardens
- Caspian Pass
- Whitecliffe Square
- Delgado Parade
- Baffin Lane
- Quincy Loop
- Padilla Way
The committe would like to congratulate all the home owners who were nomionated and thank them
for having a garden to be proud of and for contributing to the streetscape of Iluka.
With the support of Beaumaris Land Sales we will be making this competition an annual event.
