1/6/2004: New Iluka Website Launched
The new look Beaumaris Beach Home Owners Association website is now
officially live.
The website has been given a significant facelift and now has a new name -
www.iluka.org.au. The "org" identifies the website as being for
a non-profit organisation, whilst the "au" identifies us as a
proudly Australian website. The new name truly reflects the nature of the
Beaumaris Beach Home Owners Association.
Please note that the old www.iluka.biz domain and site will soon be removed
altogether so be sure to bookmark the new name.
On this website you will find general information about Iluka the suburb and the
facilities available. We outline the role of the Committee and explain the
Specified Area Rate which is the way in which the high standard of living we
have come to expect in Iluka is maintained.
We've introduced a Community Noticeboard where residents may post notices of
any issue that may be of concern or to announce garage sales or any other events.
Residents of Iluka who own their own business are invited to place a brief
advertisment in our Business section and we certainly encourage all Iluka residents
to "Buy Local".
We at the Home Owners Association Committee hope that you will find this website useful and
