The purpose of the Caveat is to notify the Purchaser that he/she must become and remain a member of the association so long he/she remains an owner of the land.
If so your lending institution may require the existing caveat to be lifted and relodged before they process your refinancing. Ask your lender and, if necessary, complete this form and fax it to Geraldine at Clark Whyte Lawyers, to enable the smooth settlement of your refinancing.
